I have a 2005 Sprinter 2.7 L Turbo Diesel. It looses engine power, torbo actuator is not working properly. The car works fine once I restart the engine and then it looses power again. Do I need to replace the turbo actuator or there is something else that controls the actuator? The Check Engine Light is on. The Code is: (P0299 Turbo/Supercharger Underboost) Thanks!
